Description

    Sean  MacGuire  posted  following.   This  notice concerns the Big
    Brother System and Network Monitor.  Exploiting the problem  could
    allow  the  partial  display  of  local  files  provided  they are
    readable by your  web server, and  text-based.  This  was found by
    Michael Smith.
