SYSTEMS AFFECTED

	All IRIX versions except IRIX 6.5.16

PROBLEM

	/usr/etc/rpc.passwd, part of the optional subsystem \"nfs.sw.nis\",  has
	a vulnerability which could allow a user to compromise root.
