                 PART II - Searching For the Truth

Through out this text, asterisks are placed before and after words for

As I explained in Part I, allowing yourself the open mind that these
ideas require. Also, proceeding any further can be upsetting, even
distructive; perhaps you shouldn't proceed. - for any number of
reasons. How do you tell? The only way is to try to feel, as you
continue, if you are ready to read what lies beyond. If you feel
hesitation, print this file out and put the pages inside the cover of
an old book. The subconscious mind is very protective. If you are not
ready to read this you may forget all about it. Or at least I would
like to think so. This is one way I hope to protect some people from
the potential dangers that lay ahead. It is not a very foolproof
protection, but, you will soon SEE, I must try to protect some of you.

What I am about to tell you is dangerous. A few of you, I hope only a
very few, will be devastated. This danger is, unfortunately, easy to
substantiate by the following true story. The names are changed to
protect my friends' privacy.

Last summer I was visiting a dear friend of some 14 years and her
husband. Ann invited another couple over for the evening, Carol and
Bob. I talked to Bob while dinner was being prepared. He turned out to
be a new seeker and was looking into a few New Age subjects. I asked
him what he thought of ET activity and he seemed open minded. I
started telling him what I am about to tell you. He became fascinated
and questioned me at length. I gave him a transcript of the file
FATHER.ZIP which covered other subjects from the same source. I also
recommended that he read a book which I mention somewhere in this
text, but I mention quite a few books. It is hoped that you take
things more slowly than Bob did and thereby avoid lossing control.

The subject of the mystery book is not exactly the same as the subject
at hand. However, it can give your sense of reality an additional
jolt. Any one of these jolts if produced in unison can cause an
unpredictable reaction. Such a reaction amoung a large population is
one of the things our government fears. What our governments want is
control. Enough control to ensure that those in power remain in power.
The more they know the more control they have. The more the public
knows, the harder it is to predict our reactions and therefore, the
harder it is to maintain control.

Getting back to the story. The rest of the evening was spent playing
water volleyball in Ann's pool and nothing more was said on the
subject. I returned home after the weekend and didn't think about Bob
until the next week when Bob's fiancee called. She said that she had
read the transcript and wanted to know what else Bob and I had talked
about. She seemed very hesitant on the phone so I asked her if
everything was all right. She said, "Bob has been committed to a
mental hospital and I am afraid it has to do with what you have
written or what you talked about." I was shocked, but then a few
things fell into place. I told her I was very sorry and pressed her
for details but she said she had to go.

When I got a hold of Ann, she told me the whole story.

The four of them had gone camping the weekend after my visit. It seems
that after reading the transcript and the book, Bob got so wound up
that he couldn't sleep. By the second day of the camping trip, Bob had
been awake for three or four days. He started to hear voices and
became irrational. When they tried to get him back to town he became
paranoid and a little violent. Both Ann and her husband work in the
mental health field and realized how dangerous the situation had
become. They managed to tape his hands and feet together in hopes that
he wouldn't try to jump from the truck.

Because of his dangerous behavior, they tried to 5150 him (a type of
commitment). This would have required more supervision (more work) for
the hospital staff. The hospital wouldn't cooperate. The doctors gave
Bob some drugs so he would sleep, told everybody to go home, and left
Bob alone. Bob didn't fall asleep. He became violent, but he turned it
upon himself. He was able to get out of his room and find something to
assist him. The first object Bob could find was a sprinkler head. He
destroyed one of his eyes completely and badly damaged the other.

Reactions like this are just one reason why this material is
dangerous. The others will become apparent to the more insightful
reader.

SEEKING TAKES INTUITION, LOGIC, COURAGe

If you decide you are ready to proceed, then pick up whatever "new"
tools (a few are listed below) for exploration you have developed.
Because the world of ETs is very much a part of this new world and
recognizing the existence of the most terrible ETs will take all the
above described, intuition, logic, and courage you can muster. Logic
to follow the path, intuition to know that it is the right path, and
courage not to reject something because accepting it means that you
will open yourself to ridicule.

Remember, if you approach this writing with the old tools of
scientific exploration, you will not gain any insight. Scientific
process is safe and defendable and cannot accept anything that only
relies on logic, evidence and intuition. Even Colombo fails in the
eyes of science. The scientific process demands unequivocal and
reproducible proof. But, if you want to proceed beyond the realm where
science can lead you, and learn what the most terrible ETs have been
up to, make sure you hold on to something - definitely not religion or
science, but perhaps love. Perhaps not love of that special someone,
but love of life, love for the little things like a sunny spot on a
winter's day, or the smell of the morning air, and perhaps one big
thing; the potential we all have to discover something beautiful and
suddenly, if only for an instant, soar above our troubles and feel
that we are part of something great, beautiful and never ending.

PREREQUISITE - BRAMLEY'S BOOK

The preliminary discussion above and below are essential, if I first
explained what the most terrible ETs have been up to, you would reject
it out of hand. I would then have the almost impossible task of
changing your mind. Therefore, I will bring you down the same path I
traveled. I will show you the same information I found and I will ask
you the same questions I asked myself. After you have had time to draw
your own conclusions, I will present mine. If there are the same then
you will have a good idea that they are right. 

The temptation to come right our and tell you everything right from
the very beginning was difficult to resist. Describing the complete
path of evidence and logic, multiplied my writing task. This
additional writing was my prerequisite. Your prerequisite is Bramley's
book which I believe you will find fascinating. If you do not read The
Gods of Eden it is likely that we will not reach the same conclusions
and both your efforts and mine will bear no fruit. 

GOVERNMENT COVER-UP LEADS THE WAY

The path that lead to the conclusions I will soon relate started when
I realized that the part of our government that has decided to
withhold ET information is not concerned with preventing an invasion
panic as we are lead to believe. This conclusion is based on the
follow logic:

1) Abductions have become public knowledge, but there has been no
panic. Where was never any chance of such a panic. A sudden invasion
could cause a panic, but one or two abductions a year is not going to
cause much of a ripple  no matter how poorly the government released
the information.

2) Every year a survey is conducted across the US. One of the
questions asked is something to this effect, "Do you believe that UFOs
really belong to ETs?" The percentage of "yes" answers has been
increasing every year. In 1985 the percentage exceeded 50%. That was
10 years ago. 

Therefore, the government cover-up could not be based on a desire to
prevent us from realizing that we are visited or even occasionally
abducted by ETs. Most people already believe that.

WHY THE COVER-UP?

The government (or rather the few in our government who know what is
going on) have launched an active campaign to mislead the public. They
have consciously broken federal laws, intercepted U.S. mail (UFO
Contact From Reticulum, by William J. Hermann) and had military
personnel impersonate civilian agencies.

If you read the extent of these illegal activities (Project Blue Book
by Brad Steiger), your intuition might tell you that they are based on
fear. But what is the government afraid of? Loss of power is the
greatest fear a government has. Even the temporary loss of control
which occurs during riots is felt, by a government, as a tremendous
threat. If the information in this article were ever distributed and
widely accepted, a volatile situation would be created. Anger would be
the main catalyst, anger coming from people who realize that the
government has been withholding information that is essential to who
we are and what we believe. 

It may be hard to accept that the government actually succeeded in
keeping so much secret for so long, but keep in mind that we are not
talking about politicians or bureaucrats, but most likely the higher
levels of the Navy, Air Force and/or the CIA. It is interesting to
note that the creation of the CIA immediately followed the first major
ET cover-up, Roswell. There is something else to consider; the
government's amazing success may not be due to the government alone. 

This is the important goal what the government has been achieved:
those civilians who are interested in ETs, spend their time chasing
their tails trying to prove that ETs are active on Earth. The result
is that these people never get to research the really important
questions. 

THE ET COVER-UP

It is clear that the ETs themselves could easily settle the argument.
So why don't they show themselves and end the discussion. The reasons
are surprisingly numerous. Refer to the file FATHER.ZIPP for five
reasons the Pleiadians give for not wanting to "go public." To uncover
the other reasons, divide ETs into two groups with respect to their
intentions towards us and simply call them good ETs and bad ETs. Both
have very good reasons for not letting us find out about them.

The good ETs seem to be  primarily interested in inspiring our
spiritual awareness, more precisely the acceptance of metaphysics and
the acknowledgment of the "higher self." They feel we are greatly out
of ballance relating our spititual awareness compared to our
technological awareness. They wish us to learn and explore through the
use of the higher-self and thus make the cognitions and intuitive
jumps that are necessary for a civilization to move forward in a
balanced fassion. They show disdain for our reliance on "proof". They
feel that developing our intuitive judgements will move us away from
our false spiritual and scientific philosophies. One of their reasons
for wanting this enlightenment for us is to eliminate the possibility
of using nuclear weapons. Such devices have serious repercussions
throughout dimentions which we don't even know exist. A number of ET
encounters  have expressed extrem concern regarding these
repercussions.

The good ETs believe that if they were to allow us to prove they
exist, our striving for understanding and wisdom would be retarded. It
is the striving for understanding, not the collection of  knowledge,
that will cause us to develop the spiritual awareness that they
consider so important. 

The good ETs seem to think along the same lines as our eminent
psychologist C. G. Jung who wrote, "We would be placed in the very
questionable position of today's primitive societies that clash with
the superior cultures of the white race. All initiative would be
wrested from us. .. we would have no more dreams. Our science and
technology would go to the junk pile. What such a catastrophe would
mean morally we can gauge only by the pitiful decline of primitive
cultures that has taken place before our eyes." 

The position of the bad ETs is elementary. The less Earth humans know
about them the better they like it. The easiest nations to plunder are
the ones that don't realize they have been invaded.

WHERE ARE WE AT THIS POINT?

To summarize, it seems that the following is true:

1. There is little to fear from public acceptance of ET activity on
Earth.

2. The government keeps us chasing around trying to prove if ETs are
here when they could easily end the debate.

3. The government violates laws, lies to the public and itself in a
desperate attempt to keep us busy with the ET "existence" question.

Such government activity implies that there is some information that,
if released, would be devastating to their ability to maintain control
and remain in power. It is most likely that the really devastating
information concerns the questions we would ask if the government
finally admitted that aliens visit Earth. Those next question would
be:

1. How many civilizations have visited us?

2. Are there good ETs and bad ETs?

3. What are the bad ETs doing?

4. Are we smart enough to detect what they are doing or even
understand it?

5. How long have they been coming here and doing these things?

6. What effect have ETs had on us? Our history? Religion?...

These questions have a convenient feature. They can be used to find
their own answers. If you keep the questions in mind and look at ET
encounters and debunking of past years, you can eliminate a lot of
useless information.

To help you see through the smoke screen keep in mind that the
government is still in the debunking business; they have only changed
their approach. Their original approach was to use Air Force officials
to debunk all sightings and encounter by creating "alternate
explanations" no matter how ridiculous. Once Project Blue Book was
published the government could no longer be so brazen. 

The government's next approach was to hire civilians to act as
"independent" UFO investigators. These  investigators maintained their
credibility by not debunking certain sightings. Of course any
encounter where important information was revealed, had to be debunked
immediately. Finally. With this selective debunking we have a method
to home in on the information. Any encounter that is quickly debunked
may have important information. Any sighting that is not debunked
contains no new information.

It is incredibly easy to debunk even the most concrete evidence. Take
the crop circles for example. Two old men, Doug and Dave, claimed to
be responsible for the crop circles. They did this in an attempt to
collect a $10,000 award from a newspaper. Nearly every newspaper in
the world  ran stories, "The crop circle mystery is solved!" Even
though the hundreds of circles all over England would have required
that the two old men, who had jobs and families,  never sleep but,
work every night and travel at great speed all over England. In other
words the simplest investigation of the facts would have shown that
these men could not have made the crop circles.

A week after taking credit for the circles, Doug and Dave, failed
miserably to impress the gathered crowd of reporters and scientists
with their circle making skills. They were labeled frauds by everybody
there. Nine months later, Time magazine, in its "Year in Review"
section, still credited these old men with constructing the circles. A
totally inept debunk had succeeded and Doug and Dave weren't even in
the debunking business.

The circles have concrete evidence of advanced technology. For weeks
after a real circle is produced, the grain continues to grow
horizontally, as if the grain's gravity sensor had been so strongly
overcome by a synthetic gravity field that it became programmed to
think that horizontal was actually up. The message of the crop circles
is, "Gravity can be produced and modulated. Get going and figure it
out." These simple conclusions has been overlooked by the news folk's
consistent desire to avoid, like the plague, anything that might make
them lose credibility with even a small percent of its audience. It
doesn't matter that 60% of the people accept ET activity, they can't
afford to lose credibility with 3% of their viewers never mind 40%.
Ratings win over truth - no contest.

The only thing the news media can safely do with ET activity is to
appear to perform investigative journalism. Therefore, they embrace
any story that disproves ET activity such as Doug and Dave.

When you understand the approach the government and the news media is
using to support their own aims, it becomes much easer to find the
important information. The method is to look for someone who is
debunked very quickly and effectively and whose information could
shake the status quo. At that point you have to immerse yourself in
that information and see if it holds together. That is your only tool
- yourself. What I found when I used this tool was a tremendous wealth
of information some of which our governments surely don't want us to
know about. Of course you are asking yourselves what information could
be so bad? 

WHAT THE GOVERNMENT IS AFRAID OF

I told you that story about Bob to warn you to be careful of this
information and to demonstrate to you how many people are riding the
edge. Bob was a young, successful business man, he was about to marry
a very pleasant woman who clearly loved him. Things were going very
well for him, but he still went over the edge.

If a man like Bob with good prospects became violent, how many
thousand people who feel frustrated and taken advantage of, would turn
violent if this information became public knowledge? How would people
living in ghettos respond , when they already feel abused by a
misrepresentative government? If they respond in anger and violence,
will they all turn their violence on themselves like Bob did? What do
the people in government, who know the important information, think
when they contemplate releasing this information? Do they think that
they will lose their positions of power if they are in charge when the
cover-up is finally revealed, especially when it caused violence and
destruction?

As you will see, this information is not simple information of
interest. This information impacts the very core of millions of
people's lives. It implies that not only have they been duped, but
that we, the people of Earth, have spent thousands of hours serving
the most terrible ETs. 

THE LOGIC BEHIND THE ETs - TELEPATHY

What does this have to do with telepathy? Everything. First you need
to recognize telepathy in your own life to realize how close Earth
humans are to widespread telepathy. Has this, or something similar,
ever happened to you? You are in the fiction section of your local
book store, you remember the title of the book you want, but you have
momentarily forgotten the author's name. You have tried and tried, but
you can't remember. A book store clerk walks over and you tell the
clerk your problem. Then, just a second before the clerk tells you the
author's name, you hear it in your head. Why did you hear or think it
at the same time as the clerk?

We pick up the thoughts of others all the time. The friend who you
were just thinking you should call, calls you. The problem is we think
these thoughts  are our own. To learn telepathy you only need to
concentrate on the sound, the feel, and the flow of our own thoughts.
Once you are familiar with the characteristics of your own thoughts
you will be able to recognize thoughts that aren't yours. It also
helps to meditate. A meditation that releases blocks and makes you
more sensitive to your inner feelings will heighten your awareness of
the characteristics of your thoughts.

Once you learn how easy it is to receive other's thoughts, you will
very quickly realize how easy it is for people to pick up your
thoughts and think they are their own. Yes we are talking about a bit
of mind control. In personal relations it may be immoral, but what
about that all-important job interview? I have been using telepathy
reliably for ten years. It works. The last time I looked for a job it
took two weeks and I'm not cheep. Admittedly I have been using a
meditation that increases my sensitivity to such things, but if you
have a low stress level and learn how to quiet your mind, you can do
this.

So here we are a couple centuries out of the dark ages and already see
evidence of telepathy. How about the ETs that picked up Barney and
Betty Hill? This is the most widly accepted abduction ever. Those ETs
used telepathy to communicate with Barney and Betty. How advanced
would the telepathy be of a human race that has had space travel for
thirty thousand years? The answer is of course very advanced. Most
likely they would have complete telepathy. But what effects would that
have on their society, their personal relations?

The answers to the above questions depend, to a great extent on the
character of the society. In a corrupt society (bad ETs) where there
are intrigues and struggles for power, the use of telepathy would have
a very important feature. There would be a blocking ability. You could
not allow just anybody to know your thoughts or else you could obtain
no advantage, no power. Now how about intimate relations? Even in a
society of corrupt humans there would be an obligation to be open with
the people you were in love with. There cannot be love without trust.

The question then becomes "What is a typical course of an intimate
relationship in a corrupt society where each person knows the thoughts
of the other person. What happens when the initial good behavior of a
love affair changes to the usual taking each other for granted? How
about the struggle for power in the relationship?"

Think about the rulers in a telepathic corrupt society. Until you read
Part III consider the following questions:

1) What must their intimate relationships be like?   2) How can these
people get any lasting love?  3) How can a religion be used to satisfy
the emotional needs of a telepathic despot?

TELLING OTHERS

I have presented the above concepts to many people and have realized
that it is simply too much to present at one time. The problem is that
the theory is only convincing when all the parts are thoroughly
explained. To accomplish that you would have to monopolize the
conversation for a long time. Such a lack of manners might be enough
to make you lose your ability to reach people. If you want to tell
this theory to other people, recognize that you will, most likely, not
remember all the essential details and not develop the logic in the
best order. It is the quantity of the details and their logical
procession that make this theory so appealing.

I used to take a long time to explain this theory to my friends,
usually over four or five get- togethers and I know I always leave
important details out. Eventually I decided to simply give then this
article. I tell them. "If you are not willing to make the investment
of reading a few pages, then  you have not seen enough holes in
conventual religion and science, you are not hungry enough for
something that makes sense." If they decide to read this article, I
know it will have their full attention and they will receive the best
presentation and organization I and my editor/friends can put
together.

Therefore, I recommend if you want to spread this awareness, that you
just give people the this article. This will allow them to view all
the details and follow a logical development. Remember, it is nearly
impossible to present sufficient details of this theory without
monopolizing the conversation while may cause people to lose interest
in the subject.

If you decide to try and present this theory verbally, do not tell
your audience the heart of the theory in advance. Establish a
recognition of ET activity, make sure they are familia with Bob
Lazar's explanation of using strong gravity production to compress
space time and effectively exceed the speed of light without actually
going faster than the speed of light. Explain the news medias bias.
Point out the millions of stars - many ETs - good ETs bad ETs,
telepathy.... Take your time. Do not try and tell the whole story in
one get-together. Allow your audience to go away and accept the first
ideas you present. Allow them to do this on their own. Then they will
be more open to the ideas of telepathy and such.
