Black Helicopters in Miami

  Title : Black helicopters-Miami
Keywords: BLACK HELICOPTERS MIAMI JOINT OPERATIONS

Text file about upcomming joint operations in the metro Miami area. There
is a good chance that the mysterious black helicopters will be there. The
operations will take place around 5-14/19 1995.

Attention people in Florida that have seen the black helicopters:

During May 14-19, plus or minus a few days, there will be large scale joint
operations in the Miami - Dade county area plus the Florida Keys.

The players are as follows: USMC, Special Forces, US Air Force Special
Operations Squadrons, FBI, DEA, BATF, other federal and local law
enforcement agencies.

The nature of the joint operations are as follows: Once or twice a year a
major metro area is used as a test area for joint operations (New York and
Charleston were used in the past- there are many more) between the US
military and federal and local law enforcement agencies. The joint
operations are used to see how well the military and law enforcement can
work together on hostage rescue, anti-terrorism, hot extraction's, and
general urban warfare (house clearing etc.).

These exercises are very real, often live ammo is used, and it is not
unusual for there to be damage to nearby buildings from plastic explosives
used to gain entry to a building.

This type of joint exercise raises some constitutional issues; the US
military is barred by law from conducting law enforcement activities
against the citizens of the US, but these joint exercises and Waco make one
wonder.

Now as for the black helicopters, if these craft are operated by the US
military or some law enforcement agency, there is a good possibility of
seeing one in the mentioned time frame. Knowing that these operations are
going to take place ahead of time gives us a unique opportunity to watch
for more of these mysterious helicopters.
