Get Your Board Listed in the Online Access BBS Phone Book! 

Online Access, The Magazine That Makes Modems Work, publishes the
Online Access BBS Phone Book four times a year.  Each edition of the Phone
Book contains a new list of over 3,000 bulletin board systems in North
America.

Our listings come from sysops who have sent us information about
their bulletin boards via this survey.  By filling out the Phone Book Survey,
you can get listed in the BBS Phone Book for free and be seen by thousands of
BBS enthusiasts! In addition to the Phone Book, these surveys are printed in
Online Access and an annual directory of BBS phone numbers.

Take a few minutes to lookover this form.  If you would like to fill it out
online, choose the "BBS Phone Book Survey" from the main menu.  Your answers
will automatically be added to our listings.  If you would like to fill out
the survey offline, then you may either capture this entire bulletin or
download the survey from the "Phone Book Survey" download area.  You can then
upload the survey in the file section of the OAMag.COM BBS (404) 924-3665.
