EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT


    This Employment Agreement is entered into as of the 1st day of
    January, 1990, between (names-first and last) (hereinafter referred
    to as the "MASTERS" and (names-first and last) (hereinafter referred
    to as "Slave").

    1.  History     MASTERS and Slave desire to enter into an employment
    relationship pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement
    and for the period provided herein so that Slave, as and independent
    contractor, shall provide MASTERS  with certain services.

    2.  Duties      MASTERS hereby retains Slave for services to be
    provided by Slave for the benefit of MASTERS.  Slave agrees that the
    services to be provided shall be limited only to the extent
    allowable within the limitations of existing law.  Services shall
    include all requests made by MASTERS to Slave.  Requests shall not
    intentionally result in any long-term physical disability of Slave.

    3.  Term        The term of this Agreement shall commence on January
    1, 1990, and shall continue until January 1, 1995, unless otherwise
    extended or terminated in accordance with the provisions of this
    Agreements.

    4.  Compensation.   MASTERS shall pay Slave a monthly fee for
    services rendered to MASTERS from January 1, 1990, through January
    1, 1995, or until this Agreement is otherwise extended or
    terminated.  The amount of the monthly fee shall be entirely
    determined by MASTERS based upon the quality of services provided by
    Slave.

    5.  Services.   The parties acknowledge that Slave may have other
    interests and that this Agreement shall supersede any and all of
    these interests.  Slave agrees to exert his best efforts in the
    rendition of the employment services as required in Paragraph 2 of
    this Agreement.  Slave further agrees that it is subject to the
    direct supervision of MASTERS and shall comply with all requests
    established by MASTERS from time to time.  Specifically:

    Slave agrees to devote complete attention to the pleasure of MASTERS
    and in particular to (female's name).  this may include (female's
    name) riding Slave on a daily basis.  MASTERS may specify Slave to
    dress in any uniform requested by MASTERS.  Restraining devices may
    be used on Slave at the complete discretion of MASTERS.  Slave shall
    not have any contact with other parties unless specific permission
    is granted by MASTERS.  For purposes of clarification and not to
    limit any rights of MASTERS, an example of a typical day is outlined
    and would include Slave rising early and tending to the every need
    of MASTERS.  Slave would prepare any food desired by MASTERS,
    cleanse (female's name) in the shower, encourage MASTERS to defecate
    and/or urinate upon Slave, wear a "riding" outfit, "ride" (female's
    name) with (females's name) liberally utilizing a riding crop or
    other motivational "tool" in addition to sharpened stirrups, after
    which slave to be bound, gagged and kept in restraints unt il
    MASTERS decide additional services to be performed. All physical
    needs of MASTERS shall be the obligation of Slave.  For all
    practical purposes Slave shall give all rights to the every need of
    MASTERS during the term of this contractual agreement.  MASTERS
    retains the rights to request Slave to perform any services for any
    person, animal or object at the complete discretion of MASTERS.

    6.  Confidential Information    Slave agrees that it shall not
    disclose or reveal to any person, corporation, partnership or other
    entity confidential information relating to MASTERS, its requests,
    or other confidential information and shall not knowingly act or
    conduct itself to the material detriment of MASTERS  in any manner
    which in contrary to the best interest of MASTERS.  Slave agrees
    that it shall not engage in any conduct prohibited by this paragraph
    and shall indemnify and hold MASTERS harmless for all requests and
    consequences of such requests.

    7.  Termination.    This Agreement shall be in effect until January
    1, 1995, but may be terminated at any time, and without cause, bye
    either MASTERS giving thirty (30) days notice of termination to
    Slave.  Slave can not terminate this agreement under ANY
    circumstances.

    8.  This Agreement does not constitute a hiring by either party.  It
    is the parties' intention that so far as shall be in conformity with
    law, the Slave shall be an independent contractor, and in conformity
    therewith that MASTERS retain sole and absolute discretion and
    judgment in the manner and means of Slave carrying out MASTERS
    requests as specified herein.  Therefore, the parties hereto are and
    shall remain independent contractors bound by the provisions hereof.
    Slave is under the control of MASTERS.  This Agreement shall not be
    construed as a partnership, and MASTERS shall not be liable for any
    obligations incurred by Slave.

    9.  Invalid Provisions.     The invalidity or unenforceability of
    any particular provision of the Agreement shall not affect the other
    provisions hereof, and this Agreement shall be construed in all
    respects as if such invalid or unenforceable provision were omitted.

    10. Assignability.  MASTERS retain the right to assign this contract
    to any party MASTERS finds suitable.

    11. Miscellaneous Provisions.
            A.  This document shall be construed, interpreted and
            enforced for all purposes in the state of Florida and in
            accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.

            B.  No amendment or variation of the terms or conditions of
            this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed
            by both parties.

            C.  This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between
            the parties and shall bind and inure to the benefit of
            MASTERS  and their respective successors, heirs and legal
            representatives.
