Amway: The Untold Story - National Music
Publishers Association Lawsuit. In October of
1996 the National Music Publishers' Association
filed suit against Amway Corp. and some of its
top distributors. The suit alleges the "willful
and systematic violation of plaintiffs' music
copyrights by the Amway Corporation and a group
of its highest-ranking and wealthiest
distributors."
